Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how GrowthWise Ventures, LLC, doing business as DelegateTasks.ai (“DelegateTasks.ai”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use the DelegateTasks.ai application and website at delegatetasks.ai (the “Service”).

• Account data. Your name and email address, and if you sign in with Google, the profile information Google shares for authentication.
• Business content you enter. Your tasks and their details, the team members you add (names, email addresses, roles, skills, and rates you choose to enter), your conversations with the AI assistant, and the delegation briefs generated for you.
• Billing data. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your subscription plan and status and a Stripe customer reference; we never store card numbers.
• Usage logs. Records of metered actions in the app (such as analyses run, briefs generated, and briefs sent) used to enforce plan limits.

• To provide and operate the Service and your account.
• To process your content with AI in order to generate analyses, scores, matches, and briefs (see the next section).
• To enforce plan limits and daily usage caps.
• To send transactional email: authentication messages and the delegation briefs you choose to send.
• To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

When you run an analysis, request a team match, chat with the assistant, or generate a brief, the relevant task and team content you entered is sent to AI model providers via OpenRouter to produce the result. That processing happens only when you trigger it and only with the content needed for the request.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Our agreements with processors restrict use of your data to providing the service to us.

We share personal data only with the processors that run the Service:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — subscription billing.
• OpenRouter — AI processing, as described above.
• Resend — delivery of emails you trigger.
• Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and there is no advertising in the Service. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users or the Service.

When you send a delegation brief, the recipient’s email address is used solely to deliver that brief on your behalf. Recipients must be team members you saved (or your own address); we do not contact your recipients for any other purpose.

We keep your account data and content for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes the data associated with it. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the backup provider’s rotation schedule, and we may retain minimal billing records where tax or accounting law requires it.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to stored data is scoped to your account through row-level security in our database — each user’s queries can only reach that user’s rows. Access to production systems is limited to what is needed to operate the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least privilege.

You can access and update your profile in the app, and delete your content directly. To request a copy of your data, an export, or full deletion, email support@delegatetasks.ai. We honor access, export, correction, and deletion requests in the spirit of the GDPR and CCPA regardless of where you live, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The Service is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service changes. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
